Caleb Cassell is the senior project manager & a staff writer for Rivertown. Born in Danville, VA & raised in Blanch, NC, from a very young age, he has always had a very outgoing personality & has no difficulty making friends in the Dan River Region. Caleb’s very first job was at GTC Danville Cinemas where he worked for a year and developed many relationships with people in the community. After graduating from Bartlett Yancey High School in 2011, he briefly moved away to live with his aunt and uncle in Chapel Hill, NC. During that time, he attended Alamance Community College.
Caleb has joined the Rivertown team with the hopes to grow the relationships he has made in the community & developing new ones. Always having a heart for others, he wants to see all needs met in this community. Books & Barbers was just the beginning of the impact he has began to make & he is eager to make more. When he is not writing or talking sports, you can find Caleb playing video games in his man cave, enjoying craft beer with his guys or spending time with his wife in their quiet country cabin. Look for the Carolina Hurricanes hat and always remember “Go Cubs Go!”
